At Stylebystallion, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. Please familiarize yourself with all our policies before making a purchase. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Please note that you only qualify for a refund and return for the following reasons:

  • Wrong order received and replacement is unavailable.

  • Item you ordered is not in stock.

  • Order never arrived.

Apart from the above reasoning, there is a strict no refund and return policy.​ Please carefully note that Sale items are specifically ineligible for exchange, refund or return under any circumstance.

Kindly contact us for information on sizing before making a purchase on our site if you are unsure of sizing, we will gladly assist.

Any issues found with an order must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order or else we will be unable to help you.

Should any item you ordered be found out of stock after you have already placed your order, you will be contacted by us and we will arrange that you select a different item or that a refund is processed to you for the item/s missing.

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong order upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately. The item will need to be returned and we will ship the replacement of the correct items to you. 

Should your correct order not be found and unable to be replaced, you will have the option to make a new order of different items or receive a refund for the existing order.

 

Should you not receive your order and it has been more than 2 weeks from the date of order (not applying to preorders), please contact us immediately for support. A full investigation will take place with the delivery company and a refund or replacement will be processed after the results of the investigation have been found. If it cannot be proven that the order was not delivered then you will not be eligible to receive a refund or replacement of the order.

A refund/exchange will not take place until the item/s you received have been returned to us. Please note that the client will be responsible for shipping costs in the event of an exchange/return. Should you need to return an order, please ensure that the items are undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in adequate protective packaging for shipment. Should you return a item and it is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted and you will be responsible of handling shipping charges to take the item back.

To ensure our customers have a good experience with our products and to protect ourselves as a business, we conduct product inspections and quality checks on all items before they are shipped to the client to be sure you receive your order in good condition.

 

Therefore we will not accept any damaged items for return under any circumstance and should you claim to have received a damaged product, a full investigation will take place and the client will be responsible for all shipping costs during and after the investigation.
