WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Your order will be proccessed and shipped out within 1 - 2 working days of the date the order is placed. There after the shipment time will depend on the delivery method you had selected upon checking out. Our average delivery takes 2 to 4 working days but please take careful note of the delivery lengths when choosing the option you'd like. Should your order be delayed for more than three to seven working days, please contact us or the delivery company so the order can be reviewed and investigated.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS ON PREORDER?
If an item you have selected and purchased is labelled as a 'PREORDER' item, this means that the item is not currently in stock but is still available for purchase and will take 7 to 20 working days to deliver. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
DOES STYLE BY STALLION HAVE A PHYSIAL STORE?
Please note that we are currently a strictly online based business and have no physical store you can visit. We offer delivery anywhere in South Africa from the price of R50 to R100.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET EXPRESS DELIVERY IF MY ORDER IS NEEDED URGENTLY?
If you are in need of express delivery that will be quicker than the standard delivery options we offer on our site, please contact us via email or Instagram for help before completing your purchase. Express delivery is available at an extra cost and you will need to contact us for support to get a quote on delivery.
